Responsibilities

• Assist graduate students with ice cream mix and ice cream in the pilot plant.
• Learn and conduct chemical analyses (e.g. total solids and fat), physical analyses (e.g. hardness, melt rate, particle size) and microbiological analyses (e.g. standard plate counts and coliform counts).
• Enter data and develop written reports from experiments.
