The Nutritional lab of Dr. Kristina Petersen is seeking a team of dynamic and responsible undergraduates to join our highly productive research kitchen. We are looking for research assistants to help produce meals for controlled feeding studies in our recently renovated kitchen facility. We are seeking dedicated, reliable students who are capable of providing excellent customer service and familiar with food handling and production. Hospitality experience is a plus, but a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and work as an individual or as part of a team depending on the study is our main requirement.
Interested persons should be able to follow directions accurately, work quickly and efficiently, and follow recipes and procedures. Flexible schedules require a minimum of 10 hours a week in a lab that operates Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. during both the academic year and summer.
