FirstService Residential in Naples, FL is seeking a friendly Food Runner to deliver meals from kitchen to tables quickly and accurately, while helping keep dining areas clean. You will support front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure a high-quality guest experience.

This part-time, non-exempt role offers $16.00 per hour plus tip share and may require occasional training travel. Candidates should be able to lift up to 30 lbs, stand for long periods, and work varied shifts, including

• Experience as a food expeditor or similar entry-level restaurant role.
• Understanding of hygiene and food safety rules.
• Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for long hours.
• Availability to work varied shifts, including weekends.
• Strong multitasking and communication skills.
• Able to stay calm in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Deliver food orders from kitchen to tables quickly and accurately.
• Serve as contact point between front of house and back of house staff.
• Communicate orders to chefs with priorities and special requests.
• Assist wait staff with table setting and supplies.
• Serve welcome drinks and hors d’oeuvres for guests.
• Ensure food safety standards and proper temperatures.
• Check in with guests and take additional orders or refills.
• Clear tables and remove dirty dishes.
• Answer guests about ingredients and menu items.
• Relay guest feedback to restaurant staff.
