Job summary

SCP Hotel is seeking a part-time Food Runner to support our dining team. You will deliver dishes from the kitchen to guests, ensuring accuracy and timely service while upholding SCP’s Culture & Core Values.

Responsibilities include recording hours in our timekeeping system, maintaining cleanliness, and collaborating with kitchen and front-of-house staff to provide an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• State Alcohol Serving Certificate and State Food Handlers Certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all guests.
• Maintain positive guest relations and resolve complaints.
• Kitchen liaison to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
• Carry food orders to tables promptly and ensure hot food is served.
• Communicate with kitchen and serving staff to coordinate timing.
