Gordon Food Service Store LLC in Lexington, KY is hiring a Part Time Food Production Associate to join our store team. You will prepare sliced meats and cheeses, make sandwiches and wraps, and juice ingredients for beverages. Weekend availability is required and you must be at least 16 years old.

Store hours are Mon-Sat 7AM-8PM and Sun 9AM-6PM, with certain holidays observed as off. Advancement opportunities are strong with high internal promotion rates and development programs.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• Able to provide superior customer service.
• Able to multitask.
• Work on your own or within a team.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Preparing sliced meats and cheeses, making sandwiches and wraps.
• Juicing: prepare ingredients used to create beverages for customers.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Fill in other areas during down times (stocking, cashiering, or other food production).
• Use Rotisserie Oven to cook up to 3 times per day.
• Utilize a broaster to cook chicken items, fish and potato wedges as needed.
• Take temperatures of cooked and cold foods.
• Change oil in broasters.
