Gordon Food Service Store LLC in Key Largo is hiring a Part Time Food Production Associate. You will prepare sliced meats and cheeses, make sandwiches and wraps, and juice ingredients for beverages while maintaining cleanliness and food safety.

You should be 16 or older, able to multitask and work alone or in a team, with basic math and computer skills, and able to lift up to 50 lbs. Weekly pay and advancement opportunities are available.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sliced meats and cheeses, make sandwiches and wraps.
• Juicing: prepare ingredients used to create beverages for customers.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Fill in other areas such as stocking, cashiering or other food production areas during down times.
• Use Rotisserie Oven to cook up to 3 times per day.
• Utilize a broaster to cook chicken tenders, wings or other items as needed.
• Take temperatures of cooked foods and cold foods.
• Change oil in broasters.
