Job summary

Gordon Food Service Store LLC in Fairfield, OH is hiring a Part Time Food Production Associate. You will prepare sliced meats and cheeses, assemble sandwiches, and assist with beverage prep to satisfy customers.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• Able to provide superior customer service.
• Able to multitask.
• Work on your own or within a team.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Preparing sliced meats and cheeses, making sandwiches and wraps.
• Juicing: prepare ingredients used to create beverages for customers.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Will fill in other areas such as stocking, cashiering or other food production areas during down times.
• Use Rotisserie Oven to cook up to 3 times per day.
• Utilize a broaster to cook chicken tenders, wings, or other items.
• Take temperatures of cooked foods and cold foods.
• Change oil in broasters.
