Job summary

Indian Wells Golf Resort, part of Troon, seeks a Part-Time Food Expeditor to help ensure timely delivery of meals in a fast-paced golf resort setting. You will match tickets to prepared items, monitor plate presentation, and support the front of house with accurate orders and timely service.

The role requires basic food safety knowledge, strong multitasking, and excellent guest service skills. This on-site position includes benefits eligibility and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations and guest service is a plus.
• Ability to read tickets and communicate clearly with kitchen and service staff.

Responsibilities

• Match order tickets with prepared food items and sides.
• Check plate presentation and ensure all items are included.
• Monitor food quality and escalate delays to the Chef.
• Communicate with service staff about filled or returned orders.
• Ensure safe handling procedures and compliance with food safety standards.
• Package take-out orders with proper accompaniments and labeling.
• Maintain stocked work stations and ingredient freshness dates.
