The role offers a $19.00 per hour rate, a Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, 7:00 a.m.–10:30 a.m. schedule, paid training, mobile phone allowance, route transportation reimbursement, and benefits for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
• Internet access and a smartphone.
• Availability to work during peak season (November to May).

Responsibilities

• Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use your mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers.
• Support during festive seasons such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas by preparing stores for the festive demand.
• Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments during department resets.
• Support teammates with special activities when needed while working independently.
