Job summary

Sunshine Bouquet in Portland, Maine, seeks a motivated Part-Time Floral Merchandiser to maintain and merchandize high-volume displays. You will clean, water, stock, and rotate product, access cold storage, and move items with a pallet jack.

Mondays and Fridays, 4 hours per week minimum with possible increases during holidays. Requires driving locally, a smartphone, and proficiency with Outlook; lifting up to 30 lbs and being on your feet is required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Driver's License in good standing.
• Must be computer literate and own a smartphone.
• Must be able to lift at least 30 lbs.
• Must be able to operate a manual pallet jack (training provided).
• Available to work early mornings, split shifts, weekends, and holidays/promotional periods.
• Must be able to travel locally with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Clean, water, restock, and merchandise floral display before opening hours.
• Accessing cold storage for short periods.
• Move palletized products with a manual pallet jack.
• Lift and palletize boxes; stand for extended periods.
• Replenish merchandise quickly as items are sold.
• Identify and remove damaged/outdated items from display.
• Assist customers with questions and product selection during business hours.
• Send/receive emails with photo attachments from a smartphone.
• Conduct inventory counts of floral products.
