Job summary

Falcon Farms is seeking a part-time Flower Merchandiser to join our field team across various stores in your territory. You will ensure flower displays are immaculate, restock inventory, and report activities with a smartphone.

The role requires professionalism with customers and staff, and flexibility for peak seasonal periods. Hours are early mornings, three days a week, with additional shifts during holidays per store needs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
• Reliable transportation to assigned locations.
• Internet access and a smartphone.
• Availability to work during peak season (November to May).

Responsibilities

• Daily Commitment: Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use your mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers.
• During festive seasons, prepare stores for Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas.
• Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments when necessary.
• Work independently while supporting teammates with special activities when needed.
