Job summary

Green Meadows Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Malvern, PA, is looking for a Part-Time Floor Tech to maintain cleanliness of public and resident areas under the supervision of the Director of Environmental Services.

The role requires independent work, teamwork, and adherence to health, hygiene, and appearance policies. Shifts include weekends and holidays, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and disinfection protocols.
• Ability to lift, bend, and move equipment and supplies as necessary.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service public/common areas and private Resident areas in accordance with established health, hygiene, and appearance policies and regulations (including safety and risk management) and in order of priority established by supervisor.
• Follow all housekeeping protocols and procedures in floor tech.
• Properly dispose of refuse, adhering to infection control standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and visitors.
