About the Role

As a Floor Supervisor, you will be a brand ambassador responsible for creating an emotional connection with customers, leading efforts to exceed expectations, and assisting in store management to deliver top-line sales results.

Key Responsibilities

1. Consumer Engagement: Greet and assist customers, coach associates, manage replenishment, promote product knowledge, and resolve customer concerns effectively.
2. Operational Excellence: Oversee shipment processing, merchandising, inventory control, loss prevention, and support scheduling to meet payroll and budget goals.
3. People and Culture: Motivate staff, contribute to recruiting, uphold brand standards, embrace diversity, and support a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of retail experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and overnight shifts; some travel may be required.
