Scripps Health is seeking a part-time Patient Care Assistant (PCA) for the Float Pool. The role features 12-hour DAY shifts, 48 hours per pay period, every 2 weeks, with variable days that include rotating weekends and major holidays.

You will float between Scripps La Jolla and Scripps Green Hospital (Torrey Pines), delivering high-quality patient support, assisting with daily living activities, data collection, and coordinating logistics to keep the unit efficient and safe.

Responsabilidades

• Assists patients with personal needs and activities of daily living, collects data, and ensures the patient has a safe, organized environment.
• Assists with patient care within the scope permitted and under the direction of a clinician.
• Supports the unit with a variety of patient logistics, clerical, equipment/supply, and charge reconciliation duties.
