Job summary

The Tipton Group is seeking a friendly, motivated, part-time floating Leasing Agent in Dallas, TX. You will greet residents, tour communities, answer inquiries, and guide prospects through the leasing process with a sales-focused mindset and exceptional customer service.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of apartment leasing experience, strong communication skills, and a team-oriented approach. Availability Monday through Friday and weekends is required, with positions described as part-time

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of apartment leasing experience.
• Working knowledge of OneSite property management software.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Sales-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Professional, dependable, and team-focused.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced property management environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective and current residents in a friendly and professional manner.
• Conduct apartment and community tours with prospective residents.
• Respond to leasing inquiries by phone, email, online leads, and in person.
• Follow up daily with prospective residents and assist them throughout the leasing process.
• Build rapport with prospects and help convert leads into new residents.
• Provide information regarding apartment availability, pricing, amenities, and community features.
• Prepare leasing documents, applications, and other required paperwork.
• Collect applicable deposits, fees, and payments.
• Maintain accurate prospect and resident information in OneSite.
• Assist with resident questions and provide excellent customer service.
• Work with the property management team to support occupancy and resident retention goals.
