Part Time Floater Officer position at Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. in Willcox, AZ. The role involves maintaining a safe environment through active monitoring, access control, and patrolling across varied client sites.

The position requires 21+ years old, a high school diploma or GED, and capable computer/tech skills. Prior security, law enforcement, or military experience is a plus, with emphasis on customer service and calm, professional conduct.

• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Must be able to stand / walk for extended periods of time.
• Must have a clear MVR and a valid Arizona Driver’s License.
• Valid Arizona Unarmed Guard Card required.

Responsabilidades

• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
• Ensure that all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed.
• Provide customer service and information to the client’s employees and guests.
• Utilizing technology devices throughout shift.
• Conduct tours of the property.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

Part Time Floater Officer

Primary Location: Willcox, AZ

Wage: $16.00/HR

The Floater Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.
