Community Options, Inc. in Maryville, TN is seeking a Part-Time Floater Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide person-centered care for individuals with developmental disabilities. We offer paid training and a flexible schedule to cover shifts.

The role includes direct care, daily routines, community activities, and transportation support. The pay rate is $15.68 per hour, with shifts Day, Evening, and Night. Join us for growth and meaningful impact.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must have valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct care tailored to ISP/PCP.
• Assist with daily routines including cleaning, cooking, feeding and medication administration.
• Monitor health and report concerns promptly.
• Develop independent and community-based skills with individuals.
• Engage individuals in community, social and recreational activities.
• Transport individuals to appointments and activities.
• Complete program documentation and billing records accurately.
