Job summary

4M Building Solutions is seeking reliable Part-Time Floater Cleaners to support our cleaning operations. Each night you are assigned to a single building and travel from home to the site, returning home after your shift.

You will perform basic cleaning duties, maintain a safe, clean environment, and follow daily instructions from your manager, completing tasks within scheduled hours. Prior cleaning experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Flexibility to perform various cleaning duties, including trash removal, vacuuming, mopping and operating floor scrubbers, buffers, or carpet-cleaning equipment.
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
• Must follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Ability to travel to assigned locations and, when needed, surrounding towns.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, buffers, and carpet-cleaning equipment when needed.

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Schedule: Part-time; hours vary by assigned location

Location: Assigned building

About The Position

4M Building Solutions is looking for reliable and motivated Part-Time Floater Cleaners to support our cleaning operations.

As a Part-Time Floater Cleaner, you will be assigned to one specific building each night. You will travel directly from your home to your assigned location and return home after completing your shift. You will not routinely travel between multiple locations, but reliable transportation is required.

You will check in with your manager each day and work independently to complete the essential cleaning responsibilities within the scheduled hours.

The goal is simple: Arrive on time, complete the essential cleaning tasks efficiently, communicate with your manager, and finish within the allotted hours.
