Part-time Float Pharmacist (32 hours per week) – Performing professional duties and responsibilities associated with the processing of prescriptions. Coverage area is Colorado with travel to Montana, South Dakota, and Wyoming as needed.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. No weekends or holidays.

Primary Responsibilities

• Distributes drugs prescribed by physicians and other health practitioners.
• Provides information to customers about medications and their use.
• Focuses on providing a superior level of customer service.
• Ensures compliance with all relevant laws of the applicable State Board of Pharmacy.
• Administration of immunizations as allowed by State Boards of Pharmacy.
• Any other usual and customary pharmacy duties.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD.
• Current pharmacist license in the state of Colorado.
• Willing to obtain pharmacist licensure in Montana, South Dakota and Wyoming.
• Certified immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 3 months of hire.
• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Pharmacist experience.

Benefits and Compensation

Pay is based on several factors including local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. Hourly pay ranges from $44.09 to $78.70 per hour, based on full-time employment.
