Job summary

Hub Labels in Maryland is seeking a Part Time Production Assistant to support everyday manufacturing operations. You will assist press and converting operators, catch and box finished goods, and help with folder and fan-folder processes to keep production moving smoothly.

This role is part-time with shifts across 1st, 2nd, or 3rd and offers general benefits through Hub Labels. Safety gear and routines are required in a fast-paced factory environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and follow oral and written instructions.
• Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide numbers using currency and measurement units.
• Basic arithmetic and counting skills applied to production tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assists press and converting operators to keep production running smoothly.
• Catches finished jobs, boxes, packaging, and staging per work orders.
• Supports folder and fan-folder operations, loading materials and monitoring output.
• Packages, labels, and prepares finished product for presentation and shipment.
• Maintains documentation and proper storage per procedures.
• Performs make-ready duties to support efficient changeovers.
