Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Part-Time Variable Schedule Operations Associate for a DashMart location in Cincinnati. You will pick and pack orders, manage inventory and shelf life, and keep the warehouse organized. You’ll also ensure customer-approved substitutions and support daily operations.

Shifts include morning, day, evening, and overnight with a biweekly pattern. Base pay is local and includes premium hours; comprehensive benefits and career growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Reliability and ability to pick up open shifts regularly.
• Experience in grocery, food service or warehouse operations is preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in refrigerated areas.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders; hand off to Dashers.
• Inventory and spoilage management; stock receivables.
• Warehouse organization and cleanliness.
• Ensure substitutions are approved by the customer.
