Job summary

Inspired Homecare, LLC is seeking a part-time Home Health Occupational Therapist to provide in-home therapy on a per diem basis. You will perform evaluations, develop tailored treatment plans, and deliver patient-centered care in the comfort of patients' homes.

Flexibility to create your own schedule and travel to multiple patient locations is required, with support from a dedicated team. Experience in home health and familiarity with EMR systems such as WS Kinnser and HCHB are highly valued.

Responsibilities
