Marksman Security LLC is hiring an on-call Utility Security Officer in Jackson, TN. The role covers varied shifts (days, evenings, overnights, weekends) at multiple sites, with a pay rate of $20.50 per hour.

You will support operations by filling open shifts due to vacations and vacancies, maintaining coverage across Toyota Motor Manufacturing Tennessee and nearby sites. The ideal candidate brings dependable, adaptable service with integrity, innovation, and commitment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of verifiable security experience, or equivalent military, law enforcement, or public safety experience.
• Possess and maintain all required licenses, permits, and certifications necessary to work at assigned sites.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and professionalism in all locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage for vacations, call-offs, no-notice resignations, short-term vacancies and temporary increases in coverage requirements.
• Respond to work assignments on short notice when available.
• Perform all assigned post duties per post orders, company policy, and client requirements.
• Maintain required licenses, certifications, and training for all sites they may support.
• Accurately report time worked and comply with scheduling and payroll procedures.
• Assist in minimizing overtime while ensuring adequate staffing levels.
