Job summary

APPS Paramedical in Western Washington seeks part-time Mobile Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist to perform on-site exams in the Lacey/Yelm/Roy area. Exams include blood draws, vitals, medical histories, saliva samples and 12-lead EKGs at clients' homes or offices.

As an independent contractor you set your own schedule and are reimbursed biweekly by direct deposit. Applicants with phlebotomy experience, a reliable vehicle, and a valid driver's license are encouraged to apply; bilinguals welcomed.

Qualifications

• Actively practicing phlebotomy with a minimum of 1 year of work experience.
• Trained in manual blood pressure and pulse collection.
• Familiarity with tablets/computers.
• Preferred experience with pediatric and geriatric patients/home health.
• EKG experience is preferred, but not required.
• Reliable vehicle with a valid state driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Perform mobile medical exams at client homes or offices.
• Conduct phlebotomy, medical histories, vital signs, saliva samples, and 12-lead EKGs.
• Follow all compliance, safety, and confidentiality policies.
