Job summary

APPS Paramedical is seeking a part-time Mobile Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist to service clients in the Lacey/Yelm/Roy area. Exams are conducted in client homes or offices, including blood draws, vital signs, and optional EKGs.

Independent contractors work on a flexible schedule, with 15-minute to over-one-hour exam lengths. Training, orientation, and equipment options are provided to ensure quality service and compliance.

Qualifications

• Actively practicing phlebotomy with a Minimum of 1 year of work experience.
• Trained in manual blood pressure and pulse collection.
• Familiarity with tablets/computers.
• Preferred experience with pediatric and geriatric patients/home health.
• EKG experience is preferred, but not required.
• Reliable vehicle with a valid state driver’s License and Auto Insurance.

Responsibilities

• Perform mobile medical exams at client homes or offices, including blood draws and vital signs.
• Document patient histories, signatures, saliva samples, and 12-lead EKGs when required.
• Adhere to compliance and safety policies and maintain confidentiality.
