We’re looking for talented HR professionals to join our team as part-time HR Consultants. In this role, you'll support a variety of client organizations, providing expert HR guidance and services. Assignments vary in scope, duration, and hours are not guaranteed—making this a great opportunity for those who value flexibility and diverse work experiences. (Please note: This role cannot be held in addition to a full-time job.)

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver strategic and tactical HR support to multiple clients across many industries
• Provide guidance in all areas of HR, including compliance, employee relations, performance management, benefits, and more
• Help implement or manage payroll, HRIS systems, and leave administration processes
• Conduct workplace investigations and advise on employment law compliance
• Build strong client relationships through responsive, professional service
• This is a part-time, flexible role. Assignments are project-based and not guaranteed to be ongoing or follow a regular schedule.
• You must be based in the Charlotte, NC area and available to travel to local client sites as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years of exempt-level HR Generalist and/or HR Management experience
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized, client-focused, and adaptable
• Experience with payroll and HRIS implementations (preferred)
• Background in benefits and leave administration (preferred)
• Strategic HR and people management experience (strongly preferred)
• HR certification(s) preferred (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP)
