Job summary

Thrive Early Learning Center in Clarksville, Tennessee is seeking Flex Teachers and Classroom Support Staff to help classrooms run smoothly during key parts of the day. This on-site role offers morning and midday shifts and requires dependable, energetic individuals who enjoy working with children and moving between classrooms.

You will assist teachers, provide coverage, help maintain ratios, support transitions, and ensure safe, attentive care.

Qualifications

• Excellent dependability and punctuality.

• Ability to work with infants, toddlers, preschoolers, Pre-K, or school-age children.
• Ability to follow directions and adjust to changing classroom needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and active supervision.
• Build warm and respectful relationships with children.
• Follow classroom schedules, lesson plans, and teacher directions.
• Assist with meals, diapering, toileting, handwashing, rest time, and transitions.
• Engage children through play, conversation, reading, music, and activities.
• Move between classrooms and age groups as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional communication.
• Follow licensing, health, safety, sanitation, and supervision requirements.
