Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and employees at a commercial real estate location following security procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior/exterior areas to deter security risks.
• Monitor access, verify authorization, and report suspicious activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies in a calm, decisive manner and document actions.
• Prepare daily activity and incident reports and coordinate with property management and leadership.
