About the Role

We are looking for a Flexible Sales Associate (Part‑Time) to join the Village of Rochester Hills team. In this role you will provide a world‑class fan experience, exceed sales goals, and support store operations during peak hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional fan experiences and support store operations during peak hours (evenings, weekends, holidays and other high‑traffic periods such as promotions or product launches).
• Build genuine connections with fans and exceed individual and store sales goals.
• Show excellent product knowledge and create an unforgettable shopping moment.
• Engage authentically to foster lasting connections beyond transactions.
• Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards ensuring a smooth, on‑brand operation.
• Work a flexible schedule that may include periods with few or no scheduled hours, balanced by increased availability during peak times.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Results‑oriented seller with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a genuine care for customers.
• Ability to charm and captivate an audience and connect with people at all levels of the organization.
• Minimum age 18, can provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays; comfortable standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and arriving on time.
• Flexible schedule of 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week during peak seasons.
• Reliable support during high‑traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is needed.

Compensation

$14.10 – $17.60 per hour, commensurate with experience.
