Responsibilities

• Deliver world‑class customer experience during peak hours (evenings, weekends, holidays, promotions, product launches).
• Achieve store and individual sales goals and exceed expectations using product knowledge and brand loyalty building.
• Create unforgettable shopping moments with excellent product knowledge.
• Engage fans authentically and foster lasting connections beyond transactions.
• Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards ensuring a smooth and on‑brand operation.
• Adapt to a flexible schedule: occasional hours with little or no scheduled hours balanced by increased availability during peak times.
• Complete any assessment required as part of the application process.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Results‑oriented seller with strong sales track record.
• Demonstrated care in communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to charm and captivate an audience; connect with people at all levels.
• Minimum age 18; must provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, holidays; able to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds.
• Reliable support during high‑traffic times, special events, or additional coverage needs.
• Commuted hours: approximately 4 hrs/month during slower periods to 12 hrs/week in peak seasons.
