Qualifications

• At least 2 years of security‑related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required per policy.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Applicants will undergo a background check as required by law and policy.
• Licensing requirements may apply depending on state/local rules.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, guests, tenants, and visitors by carrying out security‑related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm, professional manner, escalating as needed.
• Conduct regular/unarmed patrols of the facility, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter.
• Assist with access control, visitor screening, and event‑day traffic support per site requirements.
• Prepare accurate reports and communicate observations to leadership and site contacts.
