Enterprise Mobility in Philadelphia, PA, is seeking a Part Time Fleet Logistics Coordinator to wash, sanitize, inspect, and prepare our fleet for customer use. You will move vehicles between locations, secure the lot, and support servicing and rentals.

The role runs Saturdays and Sundays 7:30 AM–6:00 PM with a starting wage of $20/hour and merit increases based on performance. Address: 7001 Essington Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19153.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must have at least six (6) consecutive months of prior work/organizational experience.

Responsabilidades

• Vehicle Prep: Clean, vacuum, prepare and sanitize vehicle interior per Complete Clean Pledge standards; Wash, clean, and dry the vehicle's exterior; Stage and/or move vehicles to appropriate location.
• Vehicle Inspection: Check fuel levels and warning lights; inspect windshield for damage; factory reset / restore vehicle settings to clear prior customer data; verify registration is present, current and matches the license plate; check fluid levels and add as needed; check tire condition, pressure and tread depth; inspect exterior of vehicle for damage; report any damage or mechanical problems to management.
• Must be willing and able to safely operate vehicles of varying sizes including sedans, SUVs, trucks and vans.
• Wear proper PPE and ensure cleaning, detailing, washing, and sanitization supplies are available.
• Organization of the parking lots and inventory; secure vehicles and keys; track inventory; high-volume lot organization with safety, efficiency, and security in mind.
• Verify car information and VIN number for security; occasional computer entry to tag vehicles as checked in.
• Assist customers and co-workers as needed; may assist other Enterprise locations with vehicle movement and detailing.
• Cover Security Booth as needed; assist incoming/outgoing personnel at the Booth.
• Maintain the appearance of the worksite; inform management of safety concerns regarding lot conditions.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned; maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
