Job summary

Kinema Fitness is seeking a part-time fitness manager to operate a corporate fitness center in Chicago, IL. The role supports the GM, focuses on member engagement, wellness programs, personal training and group fitness, and reports to Kinema and client teams.

Requirements include a degree in Exercise Science or related field, and CPR/AED certification; CPT credential is a plus. Pay is $35/hour for 23 hours per week, with on-site responsibilities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create a culture of excellent customer service tailored to members.
• Develop group fitness and personal training programs for the corporate center.
• Create new fitness initiatives to engage members.
• Work closely with the GM and Kinema Fitness team to implement the vision.
• Generate outreach to grow memberships and ensure equipment is in working order.
