Job summary

Purposelink Recruitment is seeking a Part-Time Fitness Instructor for a client fitness center in Kansas. You will guide participants with personalized exercise plans, lead group classes, and deliver outstanding service, with shifts concentrated on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or higher, 1+ year experience in personal training or fitness, and CPR/AHA BLS, ARC BLS, and ACSM-CPT certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher is required.
• 1+ years of experience in Personal Training or Fitness Industry.
• CPR/AED certifications: AHA BLS, ARC BLS, ACSM-CPT are required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and create a positive experience for participants and partners.
• Perform basic fitness center administrative duties.
• Monitor the fitness floor and conduct equipment checks for safety.
• Engage and assist members with exercise programs.
• Teach group fitness classes.
• Motivate participants to adopt healthy habits.
• Develop personalized exercise prescriptions based on assessments and goals.
