You’ll start with 20 calling hours per week, plus training hours; earn $20/hour with bonuses; there is potential to rise to higher hourly rates and up to full-time hours as targets are met.

Qualifications

• No experience required; paid training provided.
• Bi-lingual Spanish preferred.
• Willingness to learn and meet performance targets.

Responsabilités

• Make outbound calls using a dialer and approved scripts.
• Generate interest in business financing and financial services.
• Ask qualification questions and identify interested prospects.
• Record information and follow-up activity in our CRM.
• Help prospects move toward a completed application.
• Hand qualified opportunities to our account team.
• Participate in training, applying feedback, and tracking your progress.
