Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Possess or have had possessed an Insurance license in Life/Health and/or Property/Casualty.
• Preferred minimum of 3 years’ experience teaching.

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction between 15 and 40 contact hours per week in multiple modalities (online, blended, in-person, webinars).
• Maintain current knowledge of teaching discipline/field.
• Attend required College functions including staff meetings, in‑service training, and special activities.
• Assist in the training and development of new and existing instructors.
• Utilize active learning and authentic assessment to support learning outcomes.
• Adhere to and uphold all established policies described in the Official Catalog, Faculty Guide, and Associate Guide.
