A+ Federal Credit Union in Texas is seeking a part-time Financial Services Consultant I (Teller/Personal Banker) to deliver exceptional member service and build long-term relationships. You will engage members, identify financial needs, and recommend solutions that improve their financial wellbeing.

Responsibilities include processing transactions, balancing cash, assisting with deposits and loans, and supporting branch operations while upholding A+FCU policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Six months’ work experience in banking/teller roles preferred.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills.
• Ability to learn products and services to assist members.
• Comfort with cash handling and basic financial transactions.

Responsabilités

• Engage in consultative conversations with members to identify needs and recommend solutions.
• Process financial transactions and service requests with accuracy.
• Balance cash drawer and handle disputes or fraudulent activity.
• Assist with deposits, withdrawals, and account updates as needed.
• Support branch operations and participate in meetings and trainings.
