Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is looking for a Part-Time Delivery Driver for Washington, NJ. You will deliver purchased merchandise to customers, ensure safe transport, and provide legendary customer experience.

Responsibilities include pre/post-trip inspections, load/unload, and coordinating with field sales and store teams to meet customer needs while maintaining a positive attitude and professional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• DOT Medical Card is required.
• 3+ years driving experience preferred; 21+ and MVR requirements apply.
• Experience with hand truck, pallet jack or forklift preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Ensure timely deliveries and meet delivery times.
• Load, unload and organize products safely.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Communicate with customers; provide updates and address concerns.
• Provide excellent customer service and coordinate with field sales/store staff.
