Tractor Supply in Middletown, NJ is seeking a Delivery Driver-Final Mile (Part-time) responsible for delivering purchased merchandise to customers within the assigned market and meeting delivery timelines. You will provide legendary customer experience, handle loading/unloading, and maintain a clean delivery vehicle.

The role requires 21+ with at least 3 years of driving, a valid license, and DOT Medical Card as required; forklift/pallet jack experience is a plus.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
DOT Medical Card as required.
21 years of age or older with driving experience.
Clean driving record preferred but not required.
Experience with loading/unloading and material handling tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

Deliver merchandise to customers within the assigned market and meet delivery times.
Operate, load and unload products and keep delivery vehicle organized.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections for safety.
Communicate with customers during delivery to provide updates and resolve concerns.
Maintain accurate delivery records and report issues.
Collaborate with store personnel to satisfy customer needs.
