Job summary

Tractor Supply Company in Atmore, AL is seeking a Delivery Driver - Final Mile (Part Time) to responsibly deliver purchased merchandise to customers within the assigned market, maintaining safety and quality standards while providing Legendary Customer Experience.

You will operate a delivery vehicle, assist customers, handle returns, and coordinate with store personnel. A valid driver’s license, clean MVR, and a DOT Medical Card are required; high school diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with truck delivery is a plus but not required.
• At least 3 years of driving experience and pass MVR check.
• DOT Medical Card as required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Ensure timely deliveries and meet delivery times.
• Operate and maintain delivery vehicle and equipment.
• Load, unload, and organize products safely.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Communicate with customers and provide updates.
• Provide exceptional customer service and a positive experience.
• Coordinate with field sales and store personnel to meet customer needs.
• Handle returns, exchanges, or customer inquiries as needed.
