Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Delivery Driver - Final Mile for part-time work in Lagrange, TX. You will deliver purchased merchandise to customers, perform safe loading/unloading, and maintain professional customer interactions throughout each delivery.

Role requires meeting delivery windows, operating safely, and coordinating with store teams. Prior truck delivery experience is a plus, but not required; DOT Medical Card and clean driving record are important.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older with at least 3 years of driving experience and MVR check clearance.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; DOT Medical Card required.
• Experience with pallet jack, dolly, hand truck, and forklift is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver merchandise to customers within the assigned market on schedule.
• Load, unload, and organize products safely; perform pre/post-trip inspections.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and update customers as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve delivery issues.
• Collaborate with store personnel and field sales to meet customer needs.
• Follow traffic laws and company policies; handle returns as required.
