Job summary

Onesource Amusement, LLC is seeking a field service technician to diagnose and repair coin-operated gaming equipment at client sites in Detroit, MI. The role requires hands-on electrical/mechanical experience, independent work, and professional customer interactions.

Responsibilities include servicing equipment, documenting work, occasional out-of-state travel, and maintaining tools and vehicle organization. Pay is hourly with mileage reimbursement and full-time hours.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on mechanical or electrical experience.
• Troubleshoot issues and work independently.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation for routes.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair amusement and gaming equipment in the field
• Complete service calls independently and document work clearly
• Install equipment locally and during occasional out-of-state trips
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
• Maintain organization of tools, parts, and service vehicle
• Represent the company professionally at customer locations

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of hands-on mechanical or electrical experience (preferred)
• Comfortable troubleshooting issues and working independently
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Reliable, accountable, and professionalValid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Reliable Transportation to use for Routes

Technical Expectations

• Comfortable using a multimeter (voltmeter) to test voltage, continuity, and diagnose electrical issues
• Ability to troubleshoot both electrical and mechanical problems in the field

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move 100+ lbs using equipment (dolly, pallet jack, etc.)
• Comfortable standing, bending, kneeling, and working on your feet throughout the day

The Pay Range For This Role Is

20 - 26 USD per hour DOE (Detroit, Michigan Location)
