The Pittsburgh Paints Company is seeking a motivated Part-Time Field Sales Representative to grow our Glidden business within a Home Depot territory in Livonia, MI. You will work evenings and weekends, engaging Pro contractors and DIY customers, training store teams, and using CRM tools to drive territory growth.

This role is ideal for a college student or recent graduate seeking industry experience and reporting to the Regional Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Sales, retail, or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

In this role, you'll work directly with contractors, DIY customers, and Home Depot teams to increase product sales and expand business in your territory. You will work onsite in the Livonia, MI territory and report to the Regional Manager.

• Generate new business by engaging Pro contractors and DIY customers in Home Depot stores
• Build strong relationships with Home Depot store leadership and associates
• Train store teams on Glidden and Olympic paint products
• Identify sales opportunities and grow accounts within your territory
• Use CRM tools to track activity and manage your territory

This position is for Part-Time evenings and weekends Up to 20 hours per week.

Friday: mid-day shift (4PM-8PM) Saturday & Sunday: 8-hour shifts between 9AM-5PM

The starting hourly rate for this position is $20 - $24
