Job summary

The Pittsburgh Paints Company is seeking a Part-Time Field Sales Representative to grow our Glidden business within a Home Depot territory, working with contractors, DIY customers, and store teams in the Detroit, MI area.

You will collaborate with Home Depot leadership, train store teams on paint products, and use CRM tools to track activity. This role reports to the Regional Manager and is onsite in Detroit.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Sales, retail, or customer service experience preferred.

In this role, you’ll work directly with contractors, DIY customers, and Home Depot teams to increase product sales and expand business in your territory. You will work onsite in the Detroit, MI territory and report to the Regional Manager.

The starting hourly rate for this position is $20-$24 with incentives.
