Job summary

U.S. LawShield is seeking a charismatic Part-Time Field Sales Representative to present to small groups at gun ranges, stores, and events. You’ll guide prospects to join and handle enrollments with enthusiasm, while promoting self-defense education and the 2nd Amendment.

Compensation features uncapped commissions with substantial monthly earnings for high performers; license costs are covered and full training provided, with weekends and gun shows as primary scheduling.

Qualifications

• Strong presentation and closing skills with the ability to guide small groups effectively.
• Deep passion for firearms, self-defense education, and the 2nd Amendment.
• Competitive drive, self-initiative, and a winning mindset.
• Tech proficiency with PowerPoint, apps, and troubleshooting.
• Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty license (paid by us).
• Sales experience, law enforcement/military background, or firearms training experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging presentations to small groups at local firearms ranges, stores, and training facilities.
• Answer questions, overcome objections, and guide prospects to a decision.
• Communicate the U.S. LawShield mission: Educate. Prepare. Protect.™
• Process new member enrollments efficiently and accurately.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and genuine enthusiasm.
