Job summary

BathWorks of Michigan is seeking a Part-Time Field Marketing Representative to promote our bath and shower remodels at events across Michigan. The role offers short 4-6 hour shifts, typically midweek to weekend, making it easy to fit around school or another job.

You will engage homeowners at home shows and festivals, schedule free in-home consultations using a proven process, and assist with booth setup while leaving a positive brand impression. Growth into full-time roles is possible.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, confident and comfortable approaching new people.
• Strong communication skills and positive attitude.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Able to lift 20-30 lbs for event setup.
• Available 10-20 hours per week (Wed–Sun).
• Willing to travel to local events (GR, Kalamazoo, Lansing, Muskegon, TC, Midland).

Responsibilities

• Represent BathWorks at home shows, festivals and community events.
• Start conversations and connect with homeowners.
