Five Star Bath Solutions is seeking energetic Event Marketing Representatives to engage homeowners at home shows, festivals, and events across Metro Detroit. You will gather contact information and schedule in-home consultations with our design team, while following provided scripts.

This role offers evenings, weekends, and travel across the Metro Detroit area. Hiring as part-time or full-time, with training, bonuses, and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or frontline roles.
• Ability to engage people at events and follow scripts.
• Willing to travel across Metro Detroit and surrounding areas.
• Reliable transportation and comfortable standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Represent Five Star Bath Solutions at shows, festivals, and events.
• Greet attendees and start friendly conversations to identify interest.
• Ask homeowners about bathroom remodeling needs and qualify leads.
• Explain benefits of a complimentary in-home consultation.
• Schedule qualified appointments for in-home design team.
• Collect and submit accurate contact and appointment information.
• Follow company scripts and promotional guidelines.
• Assist with booth setup, maintenance, and teardown.
• Maintain a welcoming, professional booth environment.
• Report event results to management and participate in training.
