Richmond, VA | 20-25 hours per week | $22-$27 per hour
Help local families learn about ABA services and connect with the right next step. Advanceable ABA provides in-home and community-based applied behavior analysis (ABA) services for children and families in North Carolina and Virginia. We're looking for a Richmond-based relationship builder to introduce our services, strengthen referral relationships and make Advanceable a familiar name in the community.
Visit local providers and community organizations, introduce Advanceable, drop off approved materials and build relationships through thoughtful follow-up.
Make introductory calls and send outreach messages. Work from a supplied prospect list and research additional referral sources and community connections.
Attend local events and resource fairs, answer general questions using approved information and connect interested families and providers with our admissions team.
Share helpful, approved posts in relevant local social groups. Clearly identify yourself as an Advanceable representative and follow each group's rules. Add approved business information to local resource directories. Protect family privacy in all outreach.
Schedule visits, keep contact and activity records in our CRM, follow up on conversations and share useful feedback from the community. Coordinate with admissions on current eligibility and service availability before discussing next steps.
Provide occasional support for local recruiting outreach as needed. Family and provider referrals and community awareness are the main focus of this role.
You might plan a short route of provider visits, introduce yourself at a pediatric practice, follow up with a community contact and update the CRM. Another day could include a resource fair or researching a new referral partner. Consistent follow-through matters as much as the first conversation.
A friendly, professional approach and confidence starting conversations in person, by phone and in writing.
Strong organization, dependable follow-through and comfort working independently while keeping the team informed.
Comfort using email, social platforms and basic digital tools, plus a willingness to learn our CRM.
Based in the Richmond area, with reliable transportation for local travel. If driving for work, a valid driver's license and current auto insurance are required.
Healthcare or community outreach experience is preferred. We're willing to train a strong relationship builder who is ready to learn about ABA and represent our services accurately.
Pay is $22-$27 per hour, based on relevant experience. The role is 20-25 hours per week, with weekday availability for provider and community visits. Paid workday travel, outreach, events, administrative work and follow-up all count toward those hours. Occasional evening or weekend events are scheduled within the 20-25 hour weekly total.
