RDSolutions is hiring part-time Field Representatives to support our local projects across the area. You will receive comprehensive training and work on assignments that suit your schedule, with guaranteed minimum pay and upside based on productivity.

Ideal candidates are 18+, have a high school diploma, a smartphone app, valid driver's license, and reliable transportation. You should be comfortable lifting up to 40 pounds and working in cold store environments as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects required collection of items in these store aisles.
