The intern will assist marketing managers with campaigns, create social content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, and conduct influencer and market research while gaining hands-on publishing experience.

Qualifikationen

• A passion for fiction publishing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficiency in social media platforms.
• Proficiency or ability to learn marketing tools like Asana, Canva, Sprout Social, and more.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks, and the ability to work well with others.
• Preference for candidates able to work one day a week at the Bloomington, MN office.
• Must reside in the U.S. for the duration of the internship and be over 18.

Aufgaben

• Assist the Fiction Marketing Managers with campaign strategy and execution, including digital advertising, email marketing, social marketing, and retailer and distributor marketing.
• Create social videos, graphics, photography, and additional content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Placing orders and preparing product mailings.
• Perform influencer research, outreach, and influencer program support.
• Perform market and category research.
• Gather analytics and reporting of marketing activities.
• Attend marketing and publishing staff meetings.
• Event support.
• Other duties as assigned by the fiction marketing team.
